This is 3 months of an exploration of Combining Ayurveda, Reiki & Plant Allies to help balance hormones, rejuvenate the body, calm the mind & restore wellbeing for women at all stages of life.
This includes:
1 Hour full Ayurvedic consultation in month one, plus 2 x 30 minute follow up sessions to be taken in months 2 & 3 and three Reiki sessions.
You will be provided with a 3 month Personalised lifestyle & Ayurvedic nutrition plan with rituals and recipe suggestions and self care practices to help bring you gently into balance.
